Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on 21 September the 21st of September 1983 in Worthington Ohio, USA is an American actress. She is famous for playing Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills respectively on ABC's Lost TV show. After her parents divorced, they moved together with their mother into Los Angeles. Her first role came to her, as Rachel's Room's lead character in 2001, despite having a difficult time with finances. In 2002, she was nominated for an Young Artist Award with her part as the 15-year-old murdered Martha Moxley. Grace played Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television series in 2004. She played the lead protagonist for two seasons and won an award for her performance, a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was forced to quit the show in order to focus on her film career. She had starred alongside Tom Welling opposite in The Fog earlier in the year 2005. She has appeared as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club as well in 2007 as well as in Taken with Liam Neeson in 2008 as Kim Mills. The same character was played by Grace on Taken 2 and Taken 3 (both 2012). Grace reprised the role of Shannon in two episodes of Lost which included the finale of the series. She also appeared in the sixth season of Californication. She plays Faith as a girl who is a muse for the stars, and draws the attention of Hank Moody (David Duchovny). Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is part of Gyllenhaal's family, and is the older cousin of Jake Gyllenhaal. She began her career as a teenager with small appearances in his films. She also appeared together with her brother in popular cult film Donnie Darko (2001). Later, she was in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal received critical acclaim for her performances as the lead in the erotic romance comedy drama Secretary (2002) as well as the thriller Sherrybaby (2006) each of which earned her a Golden Globe Award nomination. She starred in numerous films that were commercially successful, including World Trade Center. However the role she played in the role of Rachel Dawes that brought her wider attention in The Dark Knight (2008). Nominated to win an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress for her role as Rachel Dawes in Crazy Heart, (2009). Then she was in comedies and dramas, including Nanny McPhee's Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011, and Won't Back Down 2012 Alongside her work as an agent of the Secret Service agent, she was also seen in White House Down (2013) and Frank (2014). The most recent roles were her character as the primary protagonist The Kindergarten Teacher The Kindergarten Teacher (2018). In 2021, Gyllenhaal was able to make her writing and directing debut in the psychological drama The Lost Daughter for which she was awarded the Venice International Film Festival's Best Screenplay Award and was nominated to win the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
